Our pricing is different from what you might expect.

Materials- No Markups

The price you pay is the price we pay, with no charges for pickup and delivery.

If you want to provide your own materials, you'll only be charged for labor.

Labor Cost- no markups for extras

Labor rates are per linear foot, regardless of the work involved.

This means no additional charge for:

Longer Pickets

Rot-board

Third Rail

Premium Wood (i.e. cedar)

Tear Down

We can tear down your existing fence, and only charge a few additional dollars per linear foot, regardless of condition or what is involved to remove it. This is optional, meaning you can save by removing the fence yourself.

Disposal

We charge $4 per linear foot to haul away your old fence, regardless of the amount or type of materials. This is optional, meaning you can save by disposing of the materials yourself.
